Access Ladders and Gantries

Guardian can design, manufacture and install a wide variety of bespoke travelling / static access ladders and gantries for the construction industry and for upgrading and refurbishment projects on existing buildings.

Prior to undertaking any project our surveyors first carry out a risk assessment to ensure that the most appropriate equipment is provided to ensure the highest level of safety is maintained at all times.

Vertical or near vertical ladders are only installed in locations where an 'occasional' usage level is anticipated. The type and weight of tools and equipment that the user is likely to require to undertake his work task is also taken into consideration.

Stepped gantries and stand-off platforms are often installed where the results of our risk assessments dictate that vertical access is too hazardous.

Safety cages and fall arrest components are utilised throughout our range to restrain the user in the event of a fall.

Ladders and stepped gantries are supplied in mild steel galvanised as standard but other finishes can be applied for a small additional charge.
