Sunday 5th September 2010 11:30AM
Guardian Cradle Maintenance has made a revolutionary upgrade to keep ahead of today's fast-paced world of business and industry.
Through the digital technology Guardian has been able to increase the efficiency of its customer service further than ever before.
Guardian engineers have all been equipped with brand new digital pens, which enable site notes, drawings, calculations and test sheets to be processed immediately.
Fitted with a digital camera, the pens' advanced image processing and built in bluetooth communication device allow site notes to be transformed into digital media and immediately sent back to head office. The information is sent back via bluetooth technology to the user's mobile phone and then from here instantly transformed into an email attachment through to head-office.
The instant processing of the pens allows the immediate investigation into a solution for any potential faults found on the engineer's visit, and so prompt resolution of the situation. This gives the customer the satisfaction of optimum efficiency, enabling production levels to be achieved.
By taking advantage of this cutting-edge digital technology, Guardian has been able to increase the efficiency of its Customer Service further than ever before. By processing all forms instantaneously, any service/repairs which need to be made can be organised without delay.
